The Queer Youth Resource Center (QYRC) is an established 501(c)(3) non-profit committed to serving lesbian, gay, bi, pan, trans, nonbinary, intersex, asexual/aromantic, queer, and questioning (LGBTQ+) youth ages 12-24, and their allies, in Vancouver and the greater Southwest Washington area.

At the Queer Youth Resource Center, our vision is to be a beacon of hope and a hub of growth for LGBTQ+ youth in Vancouver and across Southwest Washington. We are committed to creating a vibrant, inclusive community where every young person, regardless of their gender identity or sexual orientation, feels valued, supported, and empowered.

We are dedicated to fostering an environment where LGBTQ+ youth can discover their true selves, develop their potential, and connect with a supportive network. Through our diverse range of activities, from recreational events to educational resources, we aim to nurture the holistic development of our youth.

Our vision extends beyond the walls of our center. We seek to influence positive change in our society, advocating for the rights and well-being of LGBTQ+ individuals. We aspire to be a driving force in shaping a world where every queer youth in Southwest Washington can thrive without barriers.

In this journey, we welcome the participation and support of our community—family, friends, allies, and LGBTQ+ youth themselves. Together, we can transform this vision into reality, crafting a future where every young person in our region can proudly live their truth.
