Founded in 1972, Janus opened its doors to offer residential substance use disorder treatment for young people who needed a home. Guided by our mission to create paths to success by partnering with youth, families and the community, we have grown into a regional leader engaging with over 4,000 individuals annually across Oregon and Southwest Washington. Our Southwest Washington programs include street outreach, emergency shelter, day-time drop-in centers, and housing. 

Janus programs have an impact: 80% of youth in our Southwest Washington emergency shelter transition to stable housing.
