Cowlitz County is the largest metropolitan area in Washington State without a dedicated indoor multi-sport facility.

Families in Longview and Kelso drive to Vancouver and Portland just so their kids can train indoors. Youth sports seasons get cut short by rain. Young athletes lose reps, coaches lose time, and communities lose out — because there's nowhere to play when the weather wins.

That changes in 2027.

The Dome is a 350,000-square-foot, climate-controlled sports and wellness facility coming to 80 acres in Longview — batting cages, basketball courts, soccer fields, volleyball, pickleball, gymnastics, a full gym, speed and agility training, chiropractic care, wellness services, and more. All year. All weather. Right here in Cowlitz County.
