BASE's Vision is to see refugee families thrive in our community by providing automotive services as well as job training and life skills education.

BASE's Mission:

-To provide for and encourage immigrant refugees living in our community, through low- and no-cost automobile repairs and reliable donated vehicles;

-To provide a safe and welcoming atmosphere for refugees to grow in relationships;

-To provide a teaching environment for refugees to learn about basic and advanced automotive care, automotive life skills, and driving safety;

-To provide resources for those desiring advanced education in automotive-related trades.
