About EOCF

Educational Opportunities for Children & Families (EOCF) has been providing comprehensive early childhood education and family support programs in SW Washington for 58 years. Our services reach more than 1,100 children and families each year in Clark County, Long Beach in Pacific County, and the Woodland portion of Cowlitz County. Our programs include essential childcare and Pre-K, nutrition, health, dental, mental wellness, and family support services.

Help us continue to provide essential programs that support literacy and early childhood education. Preparing our children for kindergarten gives them a head start on their path to a successful life. Your Donation Helps in So Many Ways! 

• Village Fund support for families in the form of basic needs, transportation, housing/rental assistance, nutrition, health and mental health services for our children and families.
• Provide books or materials for our classrooms and to send home with children.
• Supply safe playground equipment for children and improve existing playgrounds.
• Offer more resources and training opportunities for parents, families, and staff.
• Add gardens and supply gardening tools to our sites to enhance learning opportunities.
• Allow children the opportunity to take field trips.
