About EOCF

Educational Opportunities for Children & Families (EOCF) has been providing comprehensive early childhood education and family support programs in SW Washington for 57 years. Our services reach more than 1,350 children and families each year in Clark County, Long Beach in Pacific County, and the Woodland portion of Cowlitz County. Our programs include essential childcare and Pre-K, nutrition, health, dental, mental wellness, and family support services.
