About Evergreen Habitat for Humanity

Home is the foundation on which we build our lives and communities. Habitat for Humanity is a movement of people in our local area and around the world, working together to build more prosperous and thriving communities by making sure everyone has a decent, safe, and affordable place to call home.

Since 1991, Evergreen Habitat for Humanity has been building homes and partnering with families and individuals to provide affordable homeownership opportunities right here in Clark County. We've done that by innovating new ways of building and financing, and by advocating for policies that make accessing housing easier for everyone. 

Every safe, affordable home sparks wider change, leading to better health, education and well-being, and more economic grouth. The peace of mind and ability to focus on what matters most all starts with the solid foundation of a home.

Current projects

Evergreen Habitat has begun the 132nd Cottages in east Vancouver that will be 32 cottage style homes centered around common courtyards and green space. This is Habitat's largest new construction project to date!  

This project is inspired by our commitment to fostering communities and addressing the pressing need for affordable housing in Clark County. There are currently two floor plan styles, both featuring two bedrooms, 1.5 bathroom, full kitchen, living space, and patio space.
