Vancouver Lake is one of Southwest Washington’s most important natural and community assets. It is a place where families gather, athletes train and compete, people sail, row, paddle and fish, wildlife depends on healthy habitat, and thousands of residents and visitors experience the beauty of our region. But the future of Vancouver Lake depends on what we do now.

Friends of Vancouver Lake works to turn that mission into action by bringing together community members, lake users, businesses, nonprofit organizations, elected leaders, and public agencies around a shared vision for the lake and its watershed. Our work focuses on the areas where strong partnerships and sustained community leadership can make the greatest difference.

Building awareness and connection.
