Lifeline Connections

Lifeline Connections has proudly served our community since 1962. Each year, we support more than 5,000 individuals in accessing the lifesaving help they need. Children, youth, adults, and families have easy access to our comprehensive continuum, which includes behavioral health treatment and supportive recovery services. Through outpatient, inpatient, and residential programs, as well as specialized interventions like crisis stabilization, primary care, medication assisted treatment, and animal assisted therapy, Lifeline Connections meets individuals facing mental health and/or substance use conditions where they are on their personal recovery journey and walks alongside each person on their unique path to hope, help, and healing.
