Safe Call Now is a 24/7/365 confidential crisis support line for first responders and their families — police officers, firefighters, paramedics, dispatchers, and emergency personnel across the United States.

When someone calls, a Peer Advocate answers. Not a stranger. Not a script. A current or former first responder who has worn the same uniform, worked the same shifts, and carried the same weight.

The service is free. It's protected by Washington State law — no employer notifications, no department reports, ever. Safe Call Now was founded by former officers who had firsthand experience with PTSD, addiction, and the mental health challenges unique to first responder culture. It was built because no government agency was designed to do this.

Safe Call Now works alongside unions, public safety groups, and mental health professionals nationwide — and holds the Candid 2026 Platinum Seal of Transparency.
