SOLVE

Who We Are

SOLVE is an environmental nonprofit that began as a grassroots initiative and has grown into a nationally recognized model for volunteer-driven stewardship. Each year, SOLVE mobilizes thousands of volunteers across Oregon and Southwest Washington to clean and restore neighborhoods and natural areas, fostering a culture of environmental care and community pride.

Our Mission

SOLVE brings communities together to take care of our environment and enhance our waterways.

Why Give

From the Vancouver Waterfront and the Columbia River to neighborhood parks and trails, Vancouver and Clark County are home to places that connect us and make Southwest Washington a special place to live.

For years, SOLVE has partnered with volunteers, businesses, schools, and community organizations in Clark County to remove litter, restore natural spaces, and care for the places we all share. Together, we're creating cleaner parks, healthier waterways, and more vibrant neighborhoods throughout Vancouver and Clark County.

Your Give More 24! gift helps power this work, investing in a cleaner environment, stronger communities, and a healthier future for Southwest Washington. Let’s work together to keep Clark County beautiful for generations to come.

Join SOLVE for a litter cleanup beginning at Esther Short Park, as part of the Give More 24! campaign. We will kick things off with a safety speech and supply distribution before heading out to keep our community clean and safe for all to enjoy. Click here to register:
