SWCA Foundation

The SWCA Foundation's mission is to support workforce development for the construction industry in Southwest Washington. The Foundation offers programs to inspire students to begin their career in construction through mentorship, jobsite tours and hands on experience.  The Foundation aims to remove barriers for students by providing scholarships and tuition assistance, tools, equipment and safety gear.  The Foundation also connects with schools and their existing training programs to help launch long-term, rewarding careers for students.
