Teach One to Lead One® (T1L1) is a community mentoring program that teaches universal principles of character and leadership to lead students toward lives of purpose, potential, and positive impact. 

Many students today deal with real life issues with little to no direction. At T1L1, we engage students with 10 Universal Principles that cultivate leadership, resilience, and self-efficacy through: Respect, Integrity, Self-Control, Courage, Excellence, Compassion, Humility, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, and Honor. 

Your support does more than fund a program; it rewrites a young person’s story. By putting dedicated T1L1 volunteer mentors in the lives of students, we can transform classrooms, juvenile courts, and community organizations into launchpads for responsible citizenship and purpose-driven leaders- one student, one life, and one community at a time.
