Treehouse creates opportunities for young people in foster care to thrive.

Our Work

For nearly 40 years, Treehouse has walked alongside youth experiencing foster care because the child welfare and education systems are not equipped to seamlessly work together.

Statistics tell us that without a high school diploma, the rates of homelessness, incarceration, and poverty skyrocket. Treehouse knows that with proper support and tools, young people can build the life of their dreams themselves.

That’s why Treehouse offers wraparound educational services, provides materials and funding, and advocates to transform systems that hold young people back. In 2024–2025, we served 5,599 youth and young adults across Washington State.
