At Trillium Employment Services, we’re not just connecting people with jobs—we’re transforming the workforce in Clark County. Every day, we partner with local employers to unlock opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, creating workplaces that reflect the diverse strengths of our community. While public funding covers the basics, your donations help us go further—offering tech tools, advocacy experiences, employer outreach, and training scholarships that fuel confidence and career growth. Together, we can make sure every Clark County resident has the chance to contribute their talents and thrive.

We currently support 140 people with disabilities and 70 business in Clark County - we would love to have you be part of advancing inclusion in our community.
