Give More 24! is a dynamic day of giving powered by the energy of social media and the spirit of collaboration. Originally founded by the Community Foundation for Southwest Washington, this impactful program has been revitalized by the Greater Vancouver Chamber, which now proudly organizes and oversees its execution.
A giving day like Give More 24! is vital for nonprofit organizations across the region, as it provides a unique opportunity to rally community support, raise essential funds, and increase awareness of their missions. By bringing donors together for 24 hours of generosity, nonprofits can amplify their impact, cultivate new supporters, and strengthen their networks—all while showcasing the collective power of giving to transform lives and enrich communities.

Yes! Give More 24! and GiveBIG are entirely separate programs.
GiveBIG, hosted by 501 Commons, is a statewide giving day that supports fundraising efforts across Washington that takes place in May.
Meanwhile, Give More 24! is hosted and managed by the Greater Vancouver Chamber and is dedicated exclusively to supporting nonprofits in the Southwest Washington region and takes place in September.
Yes! Your organization is welcome to participate in BOTH Give More 24! and GiveBIG.

During registration for Give More 24!, you'll be asked if you plan to participate in both giving days. If so, the Greater Vancouver Chamber team will follow up with important details to ensure you have the correct information and URLs for each event.
Participation in Give More 24! will include a tiered fee based on each organization’s annual budget, expenses, or "Annual Gross Receipts".

The Greater Vancouver Chamber proudly hosts Give More 24! as part of its commitment to fostering philanthropy across Southwest Washington. To effectively promote, organize, and manage this impactful program, participating organizations are required to pay a registration fee.

The following fees are deducted from your final donation disbursement at the end of Give More 24!. However, donors have the option to cover these fees during checkout—and 87% of them choose to do so, allowing their full gift to go directly to the cause they care about.
To offer and sustain the Give More 24! program—and to utilize the Mightycause donation platform—the following fees apply:
Credit Card Donations | Total fee: 7.4% + $0.30 per transaction
Breakdown:
3.5% platform fee
1% brand fee
2.9% + $0.30 credit card processing fee
ACH (Bank Transfer) Donations | Total fee: 4.5% + $1.50 per transaction
Breakdown:

$1.50 ACH processing fee
What is the Brand Fee?
The 1% brand fee directly supports our ability to host and grow Give More 24!. It helps fund training materials, marketing templates, nonprofit resources, promotional advertising, and workshops—ensuring participating organizations are equipped for success.
Who is eligible to participate?
To be eligible to participate in Give More 24!, there are two basic criteria:

Absolutely! Volunteer-led organizations are welcome to participate in Give More 24!. As long as you meet the eligibility requirements and offer services in SW Washington, you can register and take part in this impactful event.
We are a new nonprofit organization. Can we participate?
Yes, new nonprofit organizations are eligible to participate in Give More 24!. Please ensure you meet the eligibility requirements and follow the registration process to join the event.
How can eligible organizations participate?
In order to participate in Give More 24!, all organizations, regardless of past participation, must register each year through the Give More 24! website. Registration will take place in two parts. You can access registration instructions and fill out the registration form to get started.

What is early giving?
The Early Giving period is the few days leading up to Give More 24! during which we will open the GiveMore24.org portal for donations to be made early. From Tuesday, September 9th, at 12 AM through Wednesday, September 24th at 11:59 PM, anyone can go to GiveMore24.org, find an organization's profile, and make a gift before the start of Give More 24! September 25th, at 12 AM)
Why do we have an early giving period?
Early Giving is designed to provide donors with increased flexibility, making it easier for them to participate in Give More 24! while ensuring the spirit of the big day remains strong on September 25th.
With Early Giving starting Tuesday, September 9th, your organization can stay connected with donors, making it easier for everyone to contribute to the cause. Together, we’ll build momentum leading up to the main Giving Day, maximizing both participation and impact.
What are matching funds?
Matching funds are dollars contributed from a donor or company directly to your organization as a way to help encourage other donors to give to you on Give More 24!. If you have secured match funding, you can highlight this publicly on your profile so that during the event other donors can see that their donation will receive a match. With this, they'll know that they are increasing the impact of their gift!

What are prizes, and how can my organization win a prize?
Prizes are additional opportunities for nonprofits to win extra dollars during the Give More 24! campaign. The Greater Vancouver Chamber will announce the list of prizes via email blast as well as on GiveMore24.org a few weeks before Give More 24!. Please stay tuned!
Give More 24! determines each nonprofit’s size based on its annual revenue (also known as annual gross receipts).
Micro: Less than $250K
Small: $250K-$500K
Medium: $500K-$750K
Large: $750-$1.5 M
Very Large: Greater than $1.5M

When can my organization begin receiving donations?
Your donors can begin contributing to your organization during the early giving period (September 9th-24th) all the way through Give More 24! (September 25th). Organizations may receive donations at any time between the Early Giving period and Give More 24!.
What is the minimum gift amount donors can contribute?
The minimum gift amount on Give More 24! is $5.

Where can I find my donation reports?
On your Give More 24! organization page, you have access to your Donation Report. You can use this report to keep track of all donations received and to thank your donors for their generous contributions. Keep in mind that this donation report does not include prizes or bonuses. You’ll see those details (and your full expected payout amount) in your disbursement report.
