New update
This project is ready to roll!! We are moving forward with the trenching to run the conduit hopefully this weekend, Saturday. All Around Mechanical, a local company in Battle Ground is donating the labor to install the conduit, run the wire, and build our transformer station. They will also be installing mini-splits on 2 of our buildings, donated by them!!
We have received the signed easement with our amazing neighbors and are ready to make this happen before the rain comes! We just need your support to get to the finish line.
⚡ This Give More 24!, help us bring REAL power to the back of I Paw’d It Forward! ⚡
We have already received approval, the plans are complete, and we are ready for the next big step: getting a transformer installed, connected, and turned on at the back of our property.
The cost is just over $10,000—but this project will completely transform how we care for our animals.
Once the power is connected, our incredible friends at All Around Mechanical, a local company that has already done so much for us, can install mini-splits in our animal buildings. That means reliable heating and cooling to help keep the animals safe and comfortable through freezing winters, hot summers, and wildfire smoke.
This is more than electricity. It is safer buildings, dependable climate control, and a lasting investment in every animal who comes through our doors.
Early giving is open now, and we currently have a $2,000 matching grant—so your donation can have twice the impact! Every dollar brings us closer to flipping that switch. 🐾💙
Are you a business interested in sponsoring an additional matching grant? Please contact us—we would love to partner with you!
