We Need Club Kids, Washington Kids Need Us!

For some kids, the last school bell rings and they know exactly where they are headed. Maybe it is home with a parent, a neighbor, or a trusted adult who's watching the clock for them to arrive.

But for many kids in Clark County, that safe place isn’t guaranteed. Your support changes that. At Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Washington's Washington Elementary Clubhouse, a kid who might otherwise be alone is instead creating an art project, getting help with a math problem they were stuck on, or laughing with friends over a board game. They walk in, and we know their name. They walk out having learned something, tried something new, or just know they belong.

As the school year begins, I am raising $2,000 to ensure that kids continue to have a safe place to go, with people who care - just like you!
