Since completing our first development in 2021, Community Roots Collaborative has created 45 permanent, deeply affordable homes for neighbors exiting homelessness in Clark County.
But housing is only the beginning.
C-Roots communities connect residents with case management, wrap-around services, and neighbors who believe in one another. Because a home is not the finish line. It is the foundation that makes stability, dignity, connection, and possibility attainable.
Now, C-Roots is preparing to build its next community: 24 additional homes at Mill Plain for neighbors experiencing homelessness who also need access to behavioral-health support.
