1. You must be actively qualified as one of the following:
- Tax-exempt 501(c)(3) public charity
- A private operating foundation
- Educational institution
- Religious organization
- Government social benefit agency (public works, parks, animal services, etc.)
2. You must be headquartered in the SW Washington region.
- Clark County, Cowlitz County, Skamania County, and Wahkiakum County are all
considered eligible.
Unfortunately, the following organizations are not eligible to participate:
- Private non-operating foundations (filing an IRS 990PF)
- Type 3 supporting organizations (IRS charity status of 509(a)(3))
- Type 4 advocacy groups (IRS charity status of 501(c)(4))
- Type 6 chamber of commerce and membership groups (IRS charity status of
501(c)(6))
- Public safety organizations (IRS charity status of 509(a)(4))

What is the fee to participate?
Participation in Give More 24! includes a tiered registration fee, determined by each organization’s size based on its annual revenue (also referred to as Annual Gross Receipts).

The Greater Vancouver Chamber proudly hosts Give More 24!. To effectively promote, organize, and manage this impactful program, participating organizations are required to pay a registration fee.
Registration Fees:

Less than $250K | $150 |
$250,001K to $500K | $250 |
$501,001K to $750K | $350 |
$750,001K to $1.5M | $450 |
Over $1.5M | $550 |
Additional Fees & Donor Coverage:
The following fees are deducted from your final donation disbursement at the end of Give More 24!. However, donors have the option to cover these fees during checkout—and 87% of them choose to do so, allowing their full gift to go directly to the cause they care about.
To offer and sustain the Give More 24! program—and to utilize the Mightycause donation platform—the following fees apply:
Credit Card Donations | Total fee: 7.4% + $0.30 per transaction
Breakdown:
3.5% platform fee
1% brand fee
2.9% + $0.30 credit card processing fee
ACH (Bank Transfer) Donations | Total fee: 4.5% + $1.50 per transaction
Breakdown:
3.5% platform fee
1% brand fee
$1.50 ACH processing fee
What is the Brand Fee?
The 1% brand fee directly supports our ability to host and grow Give More 24!. It helps fund training materials, marketing templates, nonprofit resources, promotional advertising, and workshops—ensuring participating organizations are equipped for success.
I am a new admin for my organization! What do I need to know?
Welcome! If you are a new admin filling out the registration form, by submitting the registration form you are also automatically requesting admin access to the organization page.
Mightycause Support reviews all admin requests and will follow up separately with you if additional information is required. You will receive an email notification once your admin request is approved. After you are approved, you will see your organization listed in your dropdown user menu at the top right.
NOTES:
1. Admin approval emails are separate from registration approvals. Please allow 2-3 business days for admin approval.
2. You will be unable to complete your Organization's "To-Do List" to complete registration until you are an approved admin.
After I submit my registration what do I need to do?
Once you've submitted your registration you MUST complete your To-Do list in order to be APPROVED as a participant.
This list is located on your organization dashboard in the top left area of the screen. Check your confirmation email for more details on completing your To-Do list.
My organization is participating in both Give More 24! and GiveBIG (Washington Gives).
Organizations are welcome to participate in both Give More 24! and GiveBIG.
Reminder:
- Give More 24! is SW Washington's local day of giving taking place on September 25th, 2025.
- GiveBIG is Washington Gives' Statewide day of giving taking place on May 6th & 7th 2025.
If you intend to participate in both giving days please be sure to answer "Yes" when asked about GiveBIG in your Give More 24! registration.
The answer you provide in your registration form will prompt the GVC team to send you further details to ensure you are utilizing the unique URLs for each of the separate giving days.
