We may only have an official goal of $10,000, but that is just the beginning of what we will need to raise to help finish and finalize the future Community Nature Center at Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge.

The Friends have worked to support the Community Nature Center idea for more than 24 years now, and are beyond excited to see the refuge break ground in 2024.

YOU can help us cross the finish line.

Starting today, and throughout the next less than 48 hours, you can help us spread the word about our work to build a community space where we can work together to protect wildlife and educate the future stewards of our wild places.

Funds will support project aspects like a nature play area, interpretive materials and displays, and even more fun little art aspects of the new center.
